Cigale, directly overlooks the beach or sea at full
tide, affording a view that is as memorable as the
ambience and the freshness of the seafood that is
served. In fact, at high tide, you may have the
sensation that you are actually on a boat, looking out
of your cabin window.
The sandy Olhos de Agua beach is one of the few Algarve
beaches that has resisted the passage of time and still
maintains its charm. You can still see traditional
fishing boats and their crew fishing for the fish, crab
and lobster that is served at La Cigale every day.
